CIDERCRAFT Magazine has partnered with Alderbrook Resort & Spa for the second year in a row to celebrate the Hood Canal Harvest season with locally crafted hard cider paired with locally foraged, farmed and harvested culinary treats from the region.

On Friday, October 28th, Alderbrook’s Executive Chef Josh Delgado, will showcase his expertise through pairings with locally made ciders in a five-course dinner. The event will be from 6-9 pm and costs $85 per person, online reservations are strongly encouraged. Please click here to make your reservations.
On Saturday, October 29th from 12-4 pm, sip cider from 15 Washington and Oregon cideries including Tieton Cider Works, Alpenfire Cider, Finnriver Farm Cidery, Portland Cider Co. and more, while savoring locally gathered culinary treats from the region including paella, Hood Canal salmon, Skokomish Valley produce, Hama Hama oysters and more.

If you prefer beer more than the sweet taste of ciders, Alderbrook Resort & Spa is also thrilled to launch its private label beer, BattleBrook Saison, in partnership with Fish Tale Ales! Produced especially for Alderbrook Resort, this brew is a traditional Belgo-Franc Salson, medium bodied with farmhouse flavors. Gentle bitterness from the Spanish orange peel, balanced with the earthiness of the coriander, joins strong Belgian esters and a nice white creamy head to keep you asking for more.
