I recently had the chance to sit down with Train frontman, Pat Monahan, at the Hard Rock Cafe Seattle. The Hard Rock hosted a Meet and Greet with him to promote Save Me, San Francisco Wine, Co.

The Hard Rock Cafe Seattle carries Save Me, San Francisco Wine, Co. on their wine list. Train guitarist, Jimmy Stafford, launched Save Me, San Francisco Wine, Co. in 2011. Pat, who has lived in Issaquah for the past 12 years, said in creating the wines, they wanted to have one of each variety and make them both affordable and drinkable for their fans. As for their partnership with the Hard Rock Cafe, he said the Hard Rock is associated with music, therefore making it the perfect pairing.

Save Me, San Francisco Wine Co. offers seven amazing wines including:
– Drops of Jupiter California Red Wine
– Calling All Angels Chardonnay
– California 37 Cabernet Sauvignon
– Bulletproof Picasso Sauvignon Blanc
– Hella Fine Merlot
– Marry Me California Rose
– Soul Sister Pinot Noir

Pat and Save Me, San Francisco Wine Co., winemaker, James Foster, plan to bring slushy makers on the next Sail Across the Sun cruise to make wine slushies (which Pat highly recommends trying with pineapple)! You can find out more about the next cruise here.

In addition to offering great wine, Save Me, San Francisco Wine Co. proudly donates proceeds from its sales to support Family House. Family House, serves as a home away from home for families of children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by providing physical comfort and emotional support, free from financial concerns while they are receiving treatment at the University of California San Francisco Benioff Children’s Hospital. Pat told me after researching different charities in the Bay Area, they decided to partner with Family House because their administrative costs were very low and a majority of their expenses went to fund their actual programs helping children.
