It’s that time of year in Seattle, when the days are getting longer but the skies are still grey! This is when Elysian Brewery carpe diem’s the season with a burst of color and releases their seasonal Superfuzz Blood Orange Pale Ale!
Elysian does not allow for any rain to dampen their beer party, and in classic fashion, will be celebrating the launch of Superfuzz at Capitol Lounge this coming Friday, March 31!
All guests are encouraged to pull out their best 1970’s attire – it’s time to go into full Austin Powers mode, people! While wearing your bell bottoms and all things groovy, guests can sample Superfuzz and dance the night away to a live DJ spinning P-Funk jams.
Only available from April through July, Superfuzz (6.4% ABV) is a true medium bodied pale ale, that is both refreshing and crisp. This mind-bending whirl of aromas and flavors of blood orange and Northwest hops is bittered with German Northern Brewer and Cascade hops and finished with Citra and Amarillo, creating a simply delicious seasonal beverage.
