Enso Urban Winery is offering $10 wine flights paired with decadent chocolate from Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier.
Enso Urban Winery opened its doors in May 2011 and is located in East Portland. Open seven days a week, they hand craft authentic old-world style wines that express both the moment they were created and the moment they’re enjoyed. Enso keeps things small to stay manageable and efficient, which allows them to create some of Oregon’s best wines at a lower cost by having the ability to pay more attention to the small details, using grapes from Washington, California and Oregon. Their stainless steel tanks are the size of humans, with small fermentation bins and crush equipment. Because of this purposeful set-up, Enso is allowed for more experimentation to create complexity in their small space.
