Whoever decided to make Friday, September 29 International Coffee Day was a genius. I think its a great excuse for non-coffee lovers to buy coffee for their coffee-loving friends! Just a suggestion, but I digress.
Did you know Cedarbrook Lodge’s Copperleaf Restaurant is the ONLY restaurant in the United States that offers Starbucks‘ Nitro Cold Brew? In honor of International Coffee Day, the restaurant is offering a specialty coffee cocktail menu, created by Dean Shivers! The specialty coffee cocktail menu will be available September 29 – October 8, 2017 and Copperleaf will also offer a glass of free Nitro Cold Brew to guests on September 29.
The Cole Porter
2 ounces of Coconut-Infused Crater Lake Vodka
1½ ounces of Starbuck’s Nitro Cold Brew
¾ ounce of Amaretto
½ ounce of White Sambuca
Stir, strain and serve in a martini glass. Top with coconut whipped cream.
Lisbon Swizzle
1½ ounces of Pyrat Rum
1 ounce of Madeira
¾ ounce of Velvet Falernum
7 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Swizzle and serve over crushed ice in a Collins glass; top with Starbuck’s Nitro Cold Brew.

2 ounces of Starbuck’s Nitro Cold Brew
2 ounces of Idle Hour Whiskey
.5 ounce of Campari
¾ ounce of Petal & Thorn
Stir and serve over a Starbuck’s Nitro Cold Brew ice cube.
