The wait is over!!! Elysian Brewery is ready to release its fifth beer in the Capitol Hill Series – a collection of beers both old and new.
Scatterbrain (6.4% ABV) is the fifth of six beers to be released as part of Elysian’s Capitol Hill Series. Elysian invites beer and music lovers to join lead Brewer, Hiwatha Rhyans for a night saluting Scatterbrain on Friday, September 15 with the first keg being tapped at 7 p.m. The evening will include a very special performance from soul-laced punk rockers the Sundries, the Seattle based rock group featuring Leah Julius of Thunderpussy. With flavors reminiscent of a vanilla almond latte, Scatterbrain is masterfully brewed with Stumptown cold brew coffee, almond milk, coconut milk and vanilla.
Proceeds from Scatterbrain sold during the event will benefit Lifelong, a community health organization committed to empowering people living with HIV to lead healthier and happier lives.
