The highly anticipated Gourmet Glamping series returns to Lakedale Resort at Three Lakes this summer, featuring three nights of hands-on, gourmet campfire cookouts led by celebrated Pacific Northwest chefs Michael Wieczorek of Chrysalis Inn & Spa; Adam Stevenson; and Jeff Maxfield, formerly of SkyCity at the Space Needle.

Taking place on June 23, July 21 and August 18, each intimate and fun-filled Saturday evening will combine luxury glamping with delicious, multi-course menus and award-winning Washington State wine pairings. Each featured chef will share a brief overview of the dinner menu and engage diners in an interactive cooking experience.

Saturday, June 23: Executive Chef Michael Wieczorek of Chrysalis Inn & Spa and Gilbert Cellars (Yakima Valley, Washington)
Classically trained in French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Seattle, Chef Wieczorek has worked under the likes of Bill Morris at the prestigious Rainier Club in downtown Seattle, Eric Donnelly at Toulouse Petit and Nate Simmons at Serafina. The dinner menu will be paired with wines from Gilbert Cellars, a family-owned winery based out of Yakima that handcrafts true-to-varietal Washington State wine.

Saturday, July 21: Chef Adam Stevenson and Doe Bay Wine Company (Orcas Island, Wash.)
Chef Adam Stevenson first made a name for himself at the W Seattle’s Earth & Ocean restaurant. He describes himself as a “Pacific Northwest–minded chef” who is focused on creating seasonally inspired cuisine that highlights local, wild and regionally sourced ingredients, as well as his Old World-meets-New World flavor combinations. Chef Stevenson’s menu is paired with selections from Doe Bay Wine Company, a curated wine, beer and cider shop on Orcas Island that offers sommelier service on-site.

Saturday, August 18: Chef Jeff Maxfield, formerly of SkyCity at the Space Needle, and Thurston Wolfe Winery (Yakima Valley, Wash.)
Chef Maxfield’s career began at age 19, when he became the youngest sous chef at Canlis under the guidance of Greg Atkinson, the restaurant’s then–executive chef. After his stint at Canlis, Maxfield further cultivated his skills by working at restaurants around the country, including The 5 Palms Restaurant in Maui, Hawaii. Wine pairings will be provided by Thurston Wolfe Winery, founded by Dr. Wade Wolfe and Rebecca Yeaman in 1987 with the goal of producing small lots of exceptional wines from the best vineyards in Washington State.
