Did you know it all started in Oregon?
Oregon resident, Lainey Morse, started the adorable craze that you keep hearing about! I had the chance to interview her last summer and meet her when I tried goat yoga for myself with some girlfriends!
Since my experience last summer, Lainey has been on one wild ride! In the spring of this year, she will be launching more official Goat Yoga farms in New York, Kentucky, Michigan and Pennsylvania, with about a dozen more on a waiting list!
And now…..drum roll please……Lainey is launching The Goatel in Corvallis, Oregon this summer!
This will be the first goat vacation destination in the world offering, Goat Yoga and Goat Happy Hour, farm to table meals, guided hikes, brewery/winery tours and more! The Goatel will be an all inclusive retreat to help those who are stressed out and need to get away for a recharge, have been diagnosed with illness or for those who suffer from mental illness, businesses who want to do a corporate team bonding event, and private parties such as bacherlorette or birthdays!
