Earlier this year, Maslow’s by Farestart launched a new monthly event series called Burgers + Brews at Maslow’s in partnership with some of the Northwest’s more celebrated craft breweries. Maslow’s created and served two new burgers not found on its regular menu and paired them with two top brews from that month’s Northwest beer partner.
This event series was on the last Wednesday of each month, but has become so popular that there has been a big change to the Burgers + Brews event!
Now one unique burger and beer pairing will now be available EVERY Monday of its designated month. Maslow’s kicking off this new series in July featuring a Maritime Pacific pairing!
The perfect summer pair will include:
- Maritime Pacific’s Summer Kolsch: a crushable, light beer with 5.5% ABV, brewed with Magnum and Amarillo hops
- Maslow’s Nacho Burger: with house ground chuck, black bean spread, pepper jack cheese, crispy jalapeño & tortilla chips on a toasted Hoagie roll
This special burger and beer pairing is priced at $20 and will be available every Monday in July, beginning on Monday, July 2, both in Maslow’s energetic bar space and on the main dining room menu. Next up? Lowercase in August…

Maslow’s is also launching All-Day Happy Hour on Saturdays!
From 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. every Saturday, the full range of food and drinks on the Maslow’s Happy Hour menu will be in effect, including $3 beer and $4 wine drafts, as well as $5 well liquor.
Favorite Maslow’s happy hour foods include its Bourbon bacon Caramel Corn ($2), Curried Cauliflower ($4), Tater Tots with Sriracha queso ($4) and Classic Burger ($8). A full menu is available here.
