After opening five successful locations in Washington since November 2015, The Habit Burger Grill continues to build momentum and expand throughout the state with the opening of its newest location in the Seattle’s Eastside in the Issaquah Highlands Grand Ridge Plaza on June 6, 2018.
If you have never had the chance to try out Habit, you are running out of excuses as they continue their Pacific Northwest expansion! In addition to their newest home in Issaquah, you can try out their delicious Charburgers in Kent, Tukwila, Silverdale, Shoreline and Tacoma! And soon, they will have another new restaurant opening in Ballard – so stay tuned!
Prior to opening, the Issaquah location partnered with two local non-profits, the Issaquah Schools Foundation and the YWCA Family Village, for the fundraising events. Each non-profit received 100% of the proceeds raised at their respective events to put towards their amazing causes. The Issaquah Schools Foundation works with the Issaquah School District to provide resources to more than 21,000 students. These resources help children reach their full potential by creating opportunities encouraging them on their journeys to success. The YWCA Family Village is a community of environmentally-friendly, permanent, affordable housing and services for families in East King County. The on-side services for residents and community members include child care from Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool, music lessons, children’s programming, AA meetings, grief groups, community bonding events and more.

The Habit’s menu features items such as the Charburger, a fresh 100 percent fresh ground beef patty chargrilled over an open flame and served with fresh tomato, caramelized onions, mayonnaise, pickle and lettuce on a toasted bun, along with the Portabella Char, Teriyaki Char, BBQ Bacon Char and Santa Barbara Char which includes fresh avocado and is served on sourdough bread. Seafood lovers can enjoy the widely popular Chargrilled Tuna, a sandwich complete with a line-caught, sushi-grade Ahi tuna steak. Other can’t miss items include salads like the Santa Barbara Cobb or the Superfood Salad with baby kale, quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, Craisins® and feta cheese. On the side, guests can order French fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries or tempura green beans accompanied by a variety of handcrafted shakes and malts. No need to stop there, guests can continue layering on the flavor by selecting additional toppers from the complimentary condiment bar, which features an assortment of peppers, limes, lemons and a range of sauces for added kick. All menu items are made-to-order using fresh ingredients.

The Habit Burger Grill currently operates more than 220 restaurants across 11 states, coast to coast, and welcomes the newest 2,431 square feet Issaquah location, which seats 74 guests inside and 20 outside. The restaurant is the sixth of the Washington franchise, with several additional locations set to roll out across the state before 2020.
