Bastille Café & Bar in Seattle’s trendy Ballard neighborhood was born of the admiration owners Deming Maclise and James Weimann love for café culture. Their vision of creating a neighborhood hang out where people could eat, drink, talk and enjoy life led them to spend countless hours scouring France and the US for the “bones” of Bastille. The beautiful space is a feast for the eyes, filled with artifacts found both near and far, from the iconic Parisian Metro Clock in the Café to the luminous chandelier that hangs in the Back Bar.

This Friday, June 8, 2018, Bastille is hosting a one-of-a-kind event – In The Name of Champagne!

Guests can join Louis Roederer Ambassador, Olivier Assire, on the Bastille Rooftop Garden for a VIP tasting of the ‘00, ’04, and ‘05 vintages of Cristal paired with bites from the Bastille kitchen.

Along with the VIP tasting, the restaurant will be serving the bubbles by the glass so guests can try some of the most exclusive sparkling wines at almost half the cost:

  • Roederer Brut Premier: $9
  • 2009 Roederer Brut Nature: $13
  • 2012 Roederer Rosé: $13
  • 2009 Roederer Cristal: $35

Can you say perfection?
