Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays as the only expectations are good food and being surrounded by friends and family! While I enjoy eating, I don’t enjoy cooking and washing the piles of dishes that are left over after a fabulous feast! If you want to enjoy everything Thanksgiving has to offer minus the grunt work, check out brunch and dinner options at Alderbrook Resort & Spa, Ascend, Eques at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, and Urbane!
The Restaurant at Alderbrook

The Restaurant at Alderbrook’s Thanksgiving dinner buffet combines the comfort of a home-cooked meal with the idyllic backdrop of Washington’s Hood Canal. The menu features unique options like cedar-planked steelhead, handmade buffalo milk ricotta ravioli, warm kale salad served with garlic and bleu cheese dressing, and roasted squash cream soup topped with candied pumpkin seeds. The classics are all there too, with organic roasted turkey breast and confit turkey legs, sweet potatoes with maple syrup, whipped Yukon potatoes and the chef’s own take on green bean casserole. It wouldn’t be a holiday meal without a sweet treat! The Restaurant will offer an apple cranberry crostada and, of course, pumpkin pie but the cheesecake version!
