There are a variety of options for any and every guest looking to dine out for the holidays available at Patagon and Fog Room of The Charter Hotel Seattle, Alderbrook Resort and Spa, Ivar’s, Rhein Haus, Urbane, Eques of Hyatt Regency Bellevue and Bastille! From the heart of the city extending to the South Sound and Eastside, these restaurants have cooked up menus special for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Patagōn at The Charter Hotel 

  • Join the Argentine-inspired restaurant located on the first floor of The Charter Hotel for Asado Christmas Eve, Christmas day prix fix and New Year’s Eve specials.
    • Dine on a variety of Argentinian cuisine on the night before Christmas. Choose from whole roasted duck for $39, whole roasted prime rib for $57 or whole roasted lamb for $34.
    • After welcoming Santa and opening presents, head to Patagon for its Christmas prix fix for $65. Start with French onion soup, duck confit empanada or mache salad, then enjoy Oregon pasture lamb, parilla prime rib or ricotta ravioli and, finally, indulge in bourbon maple carrot cake or yule log.
    • Say goodbye to the last day of 2018 with the New Year’s Eve specials at Patagon. Toast to the New Year with cold smoked oysters for $38, coal roasted crab for $39 and porchetta for $36.

Fog Room at The Charter Hotel

  • Ring in the New Year at roof top bar and lounge Fog Room located on the 16th floor of The Charter Hotel. The Restaurant at Alderbrook Resort and Spa

  • The Restaurant at Alderbrook has planned a menu full of options for Christmas day and New Year’s Eve dining for the entire family and all of your friends.
    • Brunch on Christmas is always a good choice. At Alderbrook, choose from plates including local chucked oysters, crab cocktails and a lox display to brioche French toast, house-made biscuits and gravy and cedar plank Colombia river steelhead. These are just a few of the offerings available at the restaurant, and many more aim to please whatever you’re craving on Christmas.

    • A five-course menu is ready for guests to dine on for New Year’s Eve. A welcome plate of oysters and gelees starts the meal off right followed by Earth and sound offerings including carpaccio, beet terrine and chowder. Next are dishes from local waters and mountain paths including black cod, salad made with ingredients from the forest surrounding the resort and a best of both combination. Today or paddock plates come next with surf and turf options, rockfish and squash. Finish the courses with Hood Canal cacao dessert, a Hood Canal porter served with double chocolate cake.

Starting with a local roasted squash soup with crème fraiche and pepita crumble to a Washington beef short rib with parsnip puree, roasted root veggies, crispy Brussel sprouts, Cipollini onions and red wine soubise and finished with a lemon cheese cake with huckleberry compote, lemon curd and mint, Urbane’s Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menu keeps the presents coming with the gift of delicious food.

    • Urbane is ready to welcome 2019 with its New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day menu.   • Eques has created a menu full of sweet and savory items for the upcoming festivities.

  • The restaurants hours on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day will be from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.
  • The lobby bar and front desk at Hyatt Regency Bellevue will be handing out guests a variety of holiday goodies!
    • From Dec. 14 to 25, join the hotel for 12 Days of Holiday Cheer! Visit the front desk to receive a candy cane with colored ribbon coded for prizes. Prizes include gas cards, cinema tickets, $10 Collection gift cards, premium internet, free parking and free Eques buffet tickets.
