Century Ballroom invites you to don your most elegant black tie or red-carpet fabulous attire for their Oscars® Viewing Party on February 24! Watch the 91st Academy Awards on the big screen plus take part in best dressed and awards ballot contests, red carpet runway strut, photos and enjoy expert commentary from local celebrity hosts Waxie Moon and Rebecca Mmmm Davis.
Century Ballroom’s bar will be selling specialty cocktails, bubbly, wine and beer throughout the broadcast and food will be available for purchase in The Tin Table restaurant. Purchase a VIP package for four and receive reserved seats, table service for food and beverages, unlimited truffle popcorn and more. Fill out the official Academy Awards ballot, guess all 24 categories correctly and win a free month of entry into Century Ballroom. Prizes will also be awarded for best gown and best suit.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Limited VIP packages are available for $95 and include four tickets, reserved seating, table service, a bottle of bubbly, unlimited truffle popcorn and a photo with your hosts Waxie Moon and Rebecca Mmm Davis. All guests receive complimentary coat check and their photo taken on the red carpet. Rhein Haus Seattle is hosting their Fourth Annual Academy Awards viewing party on Sunday, February 24, 2019 beginning at 4 p.m. The evening will again be MC’d by Rebecca duRivage-Jacobs, Jason Cotnoir, and Kelli Bielema, offering color commentary, running games, and announcing winners.
Dress in your Academy Award best as the evening will be all things Hollywood and glamour with a red carpet arrival (complete with paparazzi), complimentary popcorn, Hollywood-inspired cocktails, and a ballot contest for whoever can predict the most winners. The first 75 guests will be given free swag bags that include the complimentary Oscar ballots. Oscar ballots must be turned in by 5:30 p.m., at the beginning of the live broadcast, to be entered to win the Grand Prize.
