Patagōn Vintner Series Launch Dinner: Pepper Bridge and Amavi

Patagōn is kicking off its vintner series with the first wine dinner featuring wines from Pepper Bridge Winery and Amavi Cellars. Paired with a variety of Argentine-inspired dishes, this wine dinner pays homage to winemaker Jean-Francois Pellett, one of the Pacific Northwest’s most iconic winemakers.

Winemaker Happy Hour at Seaplane Kitchen & Bar

Seaplane is launching its winemaker happy hour just in time for Washington Wine Month! Every Monday throughout March a variety of wines from select local wineries will be offered at the restaurant. Pricing includes a wine tasting plus light bites from Chef Jason Stoneburner. Guest can also purchase bottles and cases directly from the winery during the happy hour. Programming will continue after March.

Wine Flights at Stoneburner

During Washington Wine Month, the star of the show is Syrah. Washington has gone all in on Syrah, for good reason as the grape is suited for the dry, hot days and cool nights of Eastern Washington, so Stoneburner is showing it off. The flight includes three of the restaurant’s sommelier’s favorite producers to show the heights Syrah has risen to. Additionally, wine will be availableon the Coravin.

Bastille is celebrating Washington wine month by featuring Syrah and Grenache wines. The restaurant’s sommeliers believe these to be the two most promising varieties in the state, which is why they’re bringing guests their favorites for the month dedicated to wines.
