This month, Hotel Sorrento is debuting a new program called Love Letters, inviting guests and community members to pen letters of love (in any form!), and the hotel will mail on their behalf. Wrapping up the program’s launch month, this week they’ll be holding a Silent Writing Party.
Silent Writing Party
Celebrating Hotel Sorrento’s newly-debuted Love Letters program, and playing off the hotel’s popular Silent Reading Party, on Thursday, April 25 from 6-8 p.m. Hotel Sorrento will hold its first Silent Writing Party, inviting guests to gather in its cozy Fireside Room and (silently) pen letters of love, thanks, gratitude or a simple “thinking of you” on Hotel Sorrento-provided stationery, and the hotel will send on their behalf – postage paid.
Hotel Sorrento’s Love Letters
Launching this month in anticipation of Hotel Sorrento’s 110th anniversary as a Seattle beacon of romance and history, Love Letters invites patrons – whether out-of-towners enjoying a weekend getaway, or locals stopping by for a quick cocktail in the Dunbar Room – to put down their phones and celebrate love in all its forms. Guests and visitors can request complimentary stationery at any time to pen a note to friends, colleagues, family and loved ones, and let Hotel Sorrento manage postage.
