Ahhh beer. It’s one of my most favorite beverages. I workout three to five times a week (depending on the week) and I eat relatively healthy – but beer is one reason why I will never have a true six pack on my stomach (minus the six pack of beer I may pick up at the grocery store, right?).
I just love good beer and I love writing about it (just see how often beer is mentioned on What’s Up NW here – it’s a lot!). For as many breweries as I have visited over the years, the science behind brewing has always fascinated me. I’ve even considered driving from my place in Seattle down to UW Tacoma to take a class in their Craft Beer Program (did you know that existed – how cool is that??)!
Brewology is back, this year for a spooktacular Halloween event…dare we say Booology!
Discover the skill behind your favorite seasonal craft brews, enjoy some spine-chilling science demos, and show off your costume in our first ever costume contest. You’re sure to have a hair-raising good time!
