Lake Chelan sits on the eastern side of the Cascade mountain range in a glacial valley boasting 300 days of annual sunshine and close proximity to the Pacific Northwest. While it feels a world apart, Lake Chelan is an easy three-hour drive from Seattle, the ideal weekend getaway or long springtime escape.

Dog-Friendly Hikes
Get your active pup some exercise by hiking the many trails around Lake Recommended hikes with dogs include Echo Ridge Trails, Chelan Butte Trail, and Clara & Marion Lakes. For easy and accessible walks, grab the leash and head to the one-mile Riverwalk Loop Trail or the four-mile Chelan River Trail downtown.

Manson Apple Blossom Festival-May 7-8, 2021
The inaugural event took place in 1921, and now the Manson Apple Blossom Festival returns for its 1oistyear with the theme “Rooted in Tradition Again.” Celebrate the beginning of another apple-producing season with this century-old tradition that continues to pay homage to community, family and agriculture. The Apple Blossom Festival includes a chicken noodle dinner, Pig Jig, quilt show, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament and, of course, the classic grand parade.
Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival- May 20-23, 2021
Join a showcase of internationally acclaimed jazz artists and celebrate the wonderful wineries, historic downtown, and remarkable beauty of Lake Chelan. This four-day event offers Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival passholders a musical tour through the Lake Chelan Wine Valley. Jazz performances take place at wineries and venues throughout the region, and Lake Chelan AVA wines will be available during performances.
