The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa recently reopened its casual dining, waterfront restaurant Beach Café on the shores of Lake Washington, offering dinner five evenings a week and brunch on Sunday. Beach Café will welcome guests on a reservations-only basis through OpenTable for limited indoor and outdoor seating.

Chef Brian Doherty has created an innovative, seasonally influenced menu featuring a Daily Fresh Sheet, along with signature dishes, such Woodmark Seafood Cioppino with wild Alaskan salmon, prawns, scallops, clams, and calamari, a 15 oz. Smoked Akaushi New York Strip with honey vinegar rainbow carrots, duck fat fries and red chili chimichurri and the Seared Wild Scallops with Spring morel mushrooms, pea puree and crispy prosciutto.

“After a very long year, we are delighted to welcome guests back to Beach Café,” said Arlis Ceretti, Food & Beverage Director at The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa. “Chef Brian and the team have worked diligently to create a seasonal menu with signature dishes that are sure to become fan favorites, while also offering variety to frequent diners with a Daily Fresh Sheet.”

Hours of operation are Wednesday – Saturday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. for dinner and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Beach Café offers two-hour complimentary validated parking in the 2000 garage at Carillon Point.
