We have some tempting updates from Smith Tower – the iconic downtown Seattle destination’s thirty-fifth floor Observatory Bar is currently serving up their new summer craft cocktail menu, featuring intriguing and fun libations with their signature speakeasy-inspired flair beloved by visitors and guests alike.
Highlights of the new summer cocktail menu include the Upsy Daisy (coconut washed rum, pineapple juice, coconut-cinnamon simple syrup, lime juice, cayenne-cinnamon salt rim), the Citrus Garden (Don Q. Cristal Rum, Amaro Montenegro, lemon juice, simple syrup, absinthe rinse), and The Babayaka (Belvedere Vodka, Cafe Borghetti, cold brew coffee) – something for every style of sipper!
