Enjoy the magical tree lighting ceremony, hot chocolate, cider and cookies, carolers, kid’s activities, and more. Santa and his reindeer will be on-site for a photo ops and The Country Store will be open for early holiday shopping, where 10% of the proceeds will go to Encompass NW.

The Dining Room
With outstanding views of Snoqualmie Falls and the Snoqualmie River, The Dining Room at Salish Lodge & Spa provides an unparalleled dining experience 365 days a year. Salish just unveiled its new fall dinner menu, filled with hearty, farm-to-table fare. Start with the Hen of the Woods Mushroom Tempura served with local cherries, delice, smoked hazelnuts, and garden flowers; move on to a bowl of Creamy Parsnip Soup with brown butter, brioche croutons, and sage. For a rich entrée, there are many selections from pan-roasted salmon to a mouth-watering 7oz. 24-day Angus Filet Mignon topped with bone marrow béarnaise. The Dining Room menu always features Pacific Northwest cuisine with flavors that sing the virtues of local ingredients.
