Marination’s dose of aloha, Just Poké’s fresh Asian flavors and David Chang’s Fuku fried chicken concept highlight the new menu lineup at T-Mobile Park for the 2022 season. They join a roster of local favorites and innovative initiatives from Mariners hospitality partner Sodexo Live!, which has earned the home of the Mariners a national reputation for fresh, locally-inspired, restaurant-quality food in a ballpark setting.
Sodexo Live!’s new Executive Chef for T-Mobile Park, Javier Rosa, is introducing updated Northwest Mex selections at the popular Edgar’s Cantina and a refreshed menu of house-smoked meats at Holy Smoke BBQ. And T-Mobile Park consulting chef Ethan Stowell has created new offerings for the Hit It Here Café and the Terrace Club Loge Boxes and Terrace Tables.
“For our team here in Seattle, there is no offseason,” said Sodexo Live! General Manager Meagan Murray. “We have been working hard to enhance the best dining experience in all of pro baseball with even more local partners and creative menu items, and we’re excited to welcome fans back this season.”
Located near Section 119 on the Main Level, Marination features a selection of their signature Hawaii-Korean fusion dishes including the Aloha Slider with Kalua pork on a soft Hawaiian-style roll, served with a side of Marination’s signature coleslaw. There’s also a Luau Plate with choice of Kalua pork, Huli Huli chicken or tofu, with Hawaiian-style macaroni salad, or SPAM Musubi, seasoned sushi rice topped with sautéed SPAM, wrapped in nori.
Catch, by Just Poké
The healthy local poké chain Just Poké is brining fresh Asian flavors to their new location near Section 132 on the Main Level. Rooted in the Northwest values of living well, eating clean and acting right, Just Poké uses certified sustainable fish and locally grown produce for signature bowls, sushi and more.
Featured bowls include seasoned ahi or salmon served over sushi rice with avocado, scallions, edamame, pickled ginger and seaweed salad. Sushi includes the classic California and Spicy Tuna rolls. Each can be upgraded to Hall of Fame style with a topping of seasoned Hawaiian ahi chunks.
Just Poké’s sister fast casual chain offers 100% pure organic bowls featuring the superfood açai berry and fresh fruit. Located near Section 132 on the Main Level and Section 328 on the View Level. Selections include frozen organic free-trade açai with a variety of toppings including granola, nuts, fresh fruits, berries and creamy Nutella for a crunchy, sweet, unexpected treat.
Other offerings include avocado toast, Nutella toast, and the Mariners Matchata, a signature blend of flavors, mixed with matcha tea for a slightly sweet, slightly grassy, energizing drink.
Located in the T-Mobile ‘Pen, Fuku is the fried chicken spin-off of David Chang’s Momofuku Noodle Bar restaurants. The T-Mobile Park menu includes the spicy, buttermilk marinated fried chicken sandwich with habanero pepper and “Fuku butter,” a puree of pickles, butter and garlic, served on a Franz Bakery potato roll. There are also fried chicken breast tenders and waffle fries with sweet jalapeño-seasoning.
The T-Mobile ‘Pen’s own Northwest Mex flavors have been updated by new T-Mobile Park Executive Chef Javier Rosa, a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef who hails from Puerto Rico.
Selections include Tacos del Barrio with chicken, pork or fried avocado, BBQ brisket quesadilla served with a roasted pineapple salsa in a crisp flour tortilla, shrimp tostada, carne asada sliders and Cantina Nachos smothered in shredded chicken, braised pork or sweet potato with choice of toppings including salsa fresca, jalapeño cheese sauce and cilantro microgreens.
Holy Smoke BBQ

T-Mobile Park’s small group Terrace Tables and Terrace Loge Boxes have an updated menu of flavors influenced by T-Mobile Park consulting chef Ethan Stowell from his ESR family of restaurants. Menu items include Peruvian shrimp ceviche; 7th Inning Stretch sandwich, with roast beef, house-smoked brisket, cured ham, with caramelized onions, horseradish aioli on a French roll with jus; Teriyaki chicken sandwich and Italian chopped salad.
Coca-Cola products will be available at T-Mobile Park for the first time as Coke becomes the “Official Fan Refreshment” of the Seattle Mariners. Along with free refills on all fountain drinks, fans will find the largest selection of Coke products at any entertainment venue in Seattle including sparkling soft drinks, energy drinks, water brands, and many low or no sugar-beverages.
These new selections join long-time T-Mobile Park favorites like Din Tai Fung, Lil’ Woody’s, Ballard Pizza, Salt & Straw, Ivar’s and Kidd Valley.
The popular Value Beers program has been expanded to include more locations and more than just beer. This season, 13 adult beverages will be available at various locations around the ballpark priced at $5 and $6 for 12oz cans. The Value Beer roster includes a robust selection of Northwest craft favorites, and new for 2022 are Vizzy Hard Seltzer, spiked Arnold Palmer and non-alcohol Athletic IPA.
Speaking of beer, one of my favorite breweries will have six of their famous brews available at T-Mobile Park this season. You will be able to find Space Dust, Contact Haze, Men’s Room Original Red, Superfuzz, The Immortal and Dayglow while cheering on the Mariners!

All 24oz draft beer and 20oz batch cocktails will be served in lightweight aluminum cups. The Mariners branded cups are reusable and infinitely recyclable, and align perfectly with the long-held goal of the Mariners and Sodexo Live! to operate T-Mobile Park as sustainably as possible.
A variety of award-winning wines from Washington’s founding winery, Chateau St. Michelle, are available throughout the ballpark, with the largest selection available at the new The Chateau by Chateau Ste. Michelle wine bar near Section 126 on the Main Level.
